 We have a maximum of six residents at CoHomes, and we treat them like family! We provide furnished private and semi-private bedrooms, home-cooked meals, and housing services. We offer long and short term stays, and have two senior living homes located in South Charlotte, one near Ballantyne, and the other near Quail Hollow Country Club.

We have relationships with several companies that provide 

on-site services directly to our residents to assist with activities of daily living, medication reminders, safety supervision, PT/OT/ST, mobile doctor and nurse services, podiatry services, hair stylist and barber services, palliative care and hospice services, door-to-door transportation services, etc. 

CoHomes was founded after witnessing a loved one living 

with dementia being mistreated and not receiving the best care. Elder abuse, neglect, isolation, and depression are REAL!
